this is a course i cannot speak highly enough of, played 2nd november from the winter tees which makes the course an altogether different proposition than from the usual tees,as opposed to other courses i have played this move made the course wonderful it really felt like a course we had not played before the commmittee here need massive pats on the back.well done guys you have things working wonderfully.

Some great holes and some forgiving fairways but any slice and your in trouble, railway line down right and Tyne down right!

the course has undergone a fair few little tweaks over the winter each and every one improves the round in my humble opinion. the fairways are in fantastic condition due to using mats throughout the winter which a few more courses should consider. the greens were quick after a very heavy rain the afternoon and night before. to top things off ryton still put on very good deals. top drawer !!!!

Flat course following river Tyne, always in decent condition but arguably the best deals in the north east. Regularly cheap green fees including a pint!
