In fairly good condition considering only 9 hole course, damp in places.

Good course very flat only down side is only 9 hole course so easy to work out if played regularly.

All in all the course is in good condition, there are better courses locally that don't charge as much which considering this is a nine hole course is a bit disappointing. Good for a quick nine holes when you don't have a lot of time.

the course ok. shame about the fact you now have to pay full amount when you book. no deposit. the whole lot. 2 of our group of 4 had to go back home (100miles) as their sons other half had gone in to labour so they couldn't make it. they did give us an option to play another day but dont think thats going to happen everytime. Avisford, Ham manor, Worthiing et al may now get busier

Greens were excellent and ran true however the rough was very long and very punishing. The fairways were in need of a cut and were to fluffy meaning you were taking a lot of grass behind the ball.
It's a nine hole course with two sets of tee positions which weren't hugely different so the back nine becomes repetitive which is the risk with a nine hole setup.
Very flat with no hills so if you want a gentle round of golf this is good but not the most inspiring course I've played. Good range facilities and 9 hole par 3 course for sharpening the skills.
