What the club says: The highly manicured parkland course at Avisford is very different from the early days which some members can still recall. The course is now a visual delight with a profusion of trees and flowering shrubs bordering its fairways and boundaries. Technically the course represents a testing challenge of accuracy and control; it is a par 70 of 5900 yards.

Golf Course Reviews for Avisford Park Golf Club
Well two lovely 9 holes really. First nine is like playing through an English Country Garden (which I assume it was at some point in the past. Really pretty and a good challenge. Second nine is much more open and mostly played along the valley so lots of slopping fairways.
Very warm and relaxed welcome in the clubhouse and some excellent home made snacks available.
