Nice Course on a beautiful day. Challenging holes encountered so far. Very well laid out and paid £20 for a round. Played with Raj, Kirit and Kirit (Ph).

Great course with a lovely variety of holes. Played after there had been a lot of rain so it was quite boggy but everything was marked off well and playable areas were well drained.

Excellent condition for public course and well manicured for time off year. The new Head Greenkeeper use to manage Redbourn and Mentmore and he and team doing great job, would put some private clubs to shame. Well worth visit to Tricky Ricky.

There is no better public course inside 20 miles of Ricky. Despite a low par (65) you need a good day to break 80 here (I play off 10)

i really like this course it tests all sorts of shots and has some great views as well esp on the 5-8th holes! good walk around and some classic long par 5's

Getting Trickier
Tricky Ricky continues to challenge the short game & while accuracy is essential so is reading the greens which vary in pace & break. Still plenty of signs of a heavy winter away from the fairways & there’s not that much roll or bounce on them. Roll on SummerReviewer Rating

Certainly a challenge
Don’t underestimate this course or it will wreck your card - relatively short but demanding accurate play and very subtle short game around greens that are fast with many hidden borrows.Reviewer Rating

A lot of distance from some greens to the next tee but got a deal on buggies which helped. Being in my 70?s I wouldn't play this course without a buggy. An enjoyable game on a decent course.
