Best place in England to play golf

Sandwich is a beautiful area with 3 fantastic golf courses. Princes is exceptional and would recommend.

MUST PLAY

Really enjoyed the course, in spite of the terrible weather. Heavy rains and strong winds meant that we only played 9 holes, but the course was great.

Stunning Coastal Links Course

Yesterday we played the Dunes and Himalayas course on a Society day with Big Shot Golf. The courses were in amazing condition given the time of year and biblical wind and rain we endured throughout our day. Even with the elements trying to savage our games it was still well worth the 250 mile round trip and 4 hours driving. The staff are excellent and with a friendly personal touch where nothing is too much and I very much hope to return in 2021 when hopefully the weather allows us to play at our best. If you are thinking of playing here with friends or an organised day then you won't do much better!!! 5 ?? ?? ???????s from me ????????

Great Condition

Great golf course and in excellent condition. Enjoy it every time I play there and two days never seem the same with different wind conditions.Golfshake do however need to upgrade the scorecard with the changes to two holes on the Shore course.

First time going down to princes, love playing links golf and it didn't disappoint. Not entirely convinced about the new par 3 but a great experience overall. Will come back to play the third nine another time.

Great course - beautiful setting

Having played Carnoustie not long ago I was keen for some more links golf and this did not disappoint. The greens were in great condition and most of the fairways too with a couple of exceptions. We all favoured the Himalayas but enjoyed all three 9's.

Must be played!

This is a fantastic links course on the Kent coast with 3 amazing/ differing loops of 9 - Himalayas, Shore and Dunes.The friendly welcome by the Pro Shop staff is always warm and they do their best to make you feel welcome. The true challenge is the pace of the greens as there are a number of places where 3 putting can become a regular occurrence.
