Played here last Sunday was in ok condition the greens need work doing to them and this golf course could be very very good. Pro shop lady seems stuck up her own butt likes to talk down to you even tho we pay her wages. Front 9 brilliant challenge back 9 is like a normall golf course.

A lovely scenic course with some stunning views. Some interesting holes too. A real shame that it is not better kept, the greens are a bit slow and bobbly, and the winter mats had nowhere to put your tee!

I really like this course as it is quite challenging and no two holes are the same. The downside is the greens, they are not as smooth as I would expect but this really is about the only bad thing about the course. the 6th is a personal favourate of mine.

This course has improved over the years, it was once a municipal but is now privately run and it shows. Whilst not an excellent course I would strongly recommend a visit. The views to the south over the Solent are outstanding and to the North picturesque Hampshire. The course sits on the South Downs and is very hilly; the back nine is a little flatter than the front. Due to the topography you will often be playing the ball above or below your feet and this make this course really challenging in places. On the negative side it is often busy. Worth a visit!

Worth the visit
Lots of slopes and difficult lies ,a bit confusing at times .Greens were good apart from the last ,some greens on the small side
