Ground soft greens running slow but not too bad,and bunkers gur but only hit 1 so no major hiccup,

Quite a nice looking course? Even if we only got to see half of it. Had to play the back nine twice. Booked on-line. No phone call or comunication to say the front nine had been closed due to the weather. At £25 each, with no discount offered. Very over priced!
The course was in reasonable condition. Again for the price though would of expect much better. Good tees, with no temps. The greens were very good. Considering the weather previously and on the day, played very well, true and quite fast.
Won't be in a hurry to go back, even if it is the closest course too me. But would recommend and will try it again as it is varied with some good holes.

Even with the horrendous rain we have had over the summer the course was in great condition. Enjoyed the round but found the course a bit samey at times. Very open course so you can get your driver out without the worry of losing your ball. Unfortunately, although the hotel looked posh on the outside, the room I was in reminded me of staying at my mother in laws static caravan. The building was more of a prefab than a brick building. Room was comfortable but Small and the bathroom was tiny, think caravan.....food in the club room we all thought was a bit pricey and was not the best food I've ever eaten.

Not the longest of courses, and could do with some tee signs especially on first few holes but good fun to play. Quite forgiving off the tee on most holes and greens pretty open for approach shots.

Holes follow a nice rhythm with decent variety to keep you thinking. Greens a bit slow today but may have been the incessant rain we've had.

Definitely would go back again to knock several shots off the brown stuff I was hitting today!

Good course

I hadn't played here since before Covid, but it's still a great course.
A good test of golf, but not too difficult for beginners.
Greens are good, unfortunately they've let the bunkers go a bit & they need some work.
Definitely worth a round if you're in the area.
