Muswell Hill is a well maintained, challenging, but very playable course for all abilities situated just north of central London.
Good variation of holes, natural undulations and some of the best greens I've played on in recent years..
The yardage card that would indicate a friendly start but don't be fooled. The opening stretch of holes tests golfers right from the first tee, so make sure you've warmed in the practice area, (nets, putting and separate chipping green).
Would highly recommend a round there in you're in the area.

Among the best in London.

Great time to play the course, green are true and technical and course look awesome with a karate variety of shots to play.

Went as a guest of a member.
I was truly amazed with this oasis in the middle of a sprawling metropolis. As you approach form the North Circular you start to wonder if you have got the address wrong; then you turn into a side road and an expanse of green is exposed that you would not believe was there.
A very well appointed club house with a well stocked pro shop. Comfortable and very polite staff. Changing rooms are clean and reasonable spacious. The sheer number of pairs of shoes in the changing rooms shows it has a thriving membership.
Nice putting green but no driving range (nets are available) and no chipping area.
The course itself is challenging with excellent greens that are fast and deceptive. Easy to mis-read but very true. In places an over strike on the green will leave you putting from a long way away.
Considering the recent weather the fairways are in excellent shape and the tee boxes are flat and in good condition. Only one mat in use (short par 3) on the day we played.
On the whole this is a course that I would recommend to anyone.

tree lined course - some tough closing holes
greens were like lightning and the course is in very good condition
had our corporate golf day there and the staff were also very welcoming and accommodating

One of the best courses in North London. Great condition, right but forgiving fairways and lots of small challenging greens

Really lovely course - had to play in the evening so was rushing around to fight the light. Play off the back pegs if you can. Some beautiful holes, tees and greens in excellent condition. Greens are really tough - fast and undulating but that is a testament to their quality. Going off line means bogey or worse as does missing the green. Up with Highgate in being amongst best in central London.

Old establish club on the day of my visit the greens were slower than I remember due to the time of year and they were in the process of recovering from some form of grass desease I was told by a member
