Played the course twice over the last few weeks after a long time away and I can't remember the course in such good condition through tee to green. It's clear the club is investing in the course now and that the decision to change the course management staff is paying off. I had a chat with the new Head Greenkeeper while out on the course and his passion and enthusiasm for his work and plans was inspiring. Some of the updates and changes so far are fantastic. The greens were superb, very true and a lot firmer than I remembered them. The fairways were the best I've played on for a number of years. The tees are still a little uneven but I was told they will be attended to very soon.
All in all a fantastic few days golf and I'll be back with a keen eye on the future development.

Played recently for the first time in 20 years, and I have to say that the course has improved. Used to be wide open, but lots of trees have been planted, and the course is much more mature. Played after the recent wet spell, and the course coped well under the circumstances. For the time of year the greens were good, and the fairways in great condition. This is a real test of golf. Some very long and challenging holes, and some short ones which were well protected by bunkers and streams, and the natural terrain. One of the best courses in Leeds.

Fantastic course, my favorite one to date.

Tee's, Fairways brilliant.

Greens that you could eat your dinner off, fast undulating and true.

We got this on 241 so this was by far the best course i've played for under £20!!

The clubhouse was good, food was good. well stocked pro shop.

Definitely returning here.

Busiest golf club i've ever played at but play was quick and we got round in 4 hours even though as a pair we followed two 4-balls. Course is very well kept and greens are very very fast. Tough walk round as quite hilly but very interesting and challenging course at times. Played rubbish but didnt spoil the round at all. It is a 27 hole course so will defo go back and play holes 10-27 next time.

What a fantastic course!! I testing 27 hole gem in beautiful countryside. There isn't one flat green in the whole 27 holes so a real test of your putting skills. Every hole has something different about it, wether it's a stream or a pond to go over or the elevated green protected by plenty of bunkers. Don't think you would ever get bored playing here. You can get late tee off's for as little as £20 and worth every penny and lots more. Give it a go!!
