What the club says: The course is compact with gentle undulations and is par 69 for men off both the white and yellow tees and 72 for ladies. But don't be deceived - this is a challenging course and one that requires accuracy and will fully test your golfing skills. It plays 6060 yards off the white tees with 5 challenging and varied par 3's.

It’s all about golf
Excellent green-keeping standards make this good course great. Add to that the welcoming “hub” with Andy your enthusiastic host, and a considerate and cheerful membership, and you get the feel of a course where it’s all about the golf and less about the club. The narrow track is well wooded, and not short. The green fee was reasonable for the locality, but I also donated a sleeve of new Srixons to the thickish rough, occasional struggling heather: club choice is key to score well. Sub-400 yards par 4s typically needing iron accuracy of the tee, the greens need approaching with caution, but run true and quick. Lovely day out.Reviewer Rating

Absolutely lovely
This is a lovely looking, well maintained course with an excellent clubhouse and good staff. Could do with more sand in some of the bunkers but the greens are smooth and true at the moment. The fairways are in great shape. Plenty of activity seen to keep them that way. There are several holes where some serious thought is required from the tee box.Reviewer Rating

Friendly little club in Herts
Great little course with some interesting holes. Great value for money and the Pro and members were very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately due to Covid, food and drink was hard to come by and the bar was shut after our round had finished, it was only 5pm. Having said that I wouldn't let that deter you from putting this on your list to play.Reviewer Rating
