Just had a fantastic weekend at mere,fantastic course,hotel,bar,rooms,the pro shop has a good collection of clothing shoes,etc
A large car park.the Saturdays game was nearly called of due to the rain but due to good drainage and good groundsmen all in all a fantastic course great hotel rooms etc.

Played this course three times over a weekend.
Excellent well maintained course with a number of difficult holes. A fair challenge.
Club House was good but service very slow.
Would definitely play this course again.

In tremendous condition and took the big downpours of rain very well. greens and fairways were first class, bunker sand is a bit "dirty" and the pace of play was shocking (5 hour round). But decent to get for £30 on tee off times at a weekend.

lovely course ,spoilt by the air traffic over head ,tight course in places with sloping fairways ,need to be accurate off the tee and distances are important if you want to score low

Played in a fourball on 27th October. Had an 11am tee time. Had some coffees before the round and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially the members, which is a rarity at some upmarket clubs. We dropped on with the weather which was beautiful all day. The course was immaculate especially considering the time of year. A very challenging course with brilliantly kept tees, fairways, greens and even the rough is looked after. Our only complaint about the course is that there are no distance marker posts whatsoever which is very frustrating. They have the fairway dug marker plates but you have to go looking for them. That aside, it's a fantastic course with some lovely challenging holes. It goes without saying that we had a few drinks after, and again, very impressive with table service and a nice relaxing atmosphere unlike any golf club bar I've frequented.
We'll definitely return to this course as its up there with the best.

Cracking course. Fairways and greens like glass with some challenging/ picturesque holes.

Looked forward to playing this course for ages. Facilities and surroundings no doubt are spot on however the course is in great condition but nothing special. Not enough sand in bunkers. I would suggest maybe getting rid of half of them. Its a bit boring until last 4 holes. Very tough course and tough greens

Played here on 4th July with 11 others.
The facilities were fantastic, if a little pricey. However this was expected and, I thought, not overly priced.
The pro shop however was another matter.
They sell all quality items, but everything has Mere added to them. I don't want that on my Galvin Green.
The course was fantastic, fairways and greens were in perfect condition and the rough challenging to say the least.
My only real quibble was that the sand in the bunkers hadn't been raked, so under the top ladder was damp and difficult to get undated.
A fantastic day by all who attended.
We will be attending in the future.

Always in decent shape considering the traffic the course gets, however greens in fabulous condition, quick and true - always a pleasure to play Mere, rarely disappointed with a round, irrespective of the score you'll enjoy the track, good, solid test but wont stop you going back
