Course in good nick and good value.
Here?s a course for the high handicapper to have a chance with wide fairways (generally) and therefor good scoring very possible. I played with three mates and all of us recorded level par or better scores. Conditions were very good for the time of year (early October) and clearly the course is regularly maintained and has benefited from our great summer. A pity the barman was less effusive after our round, but hey, it had probably been a long day for him as we seemed to be the last punters.Reviewer Rating

Fair course
Good course offers chances as not to long unfortunately the greens are not brill . Seem to have suffered from use in winter . Unusual as the greens are normally brilliant(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 80 Handicap: 9.9)

Good to get out in some decent weather
First round of the year and game fairly tidy. The weather helped as did the good playing company(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 96 Handicap: 22.9)

Enjoyable shorter course
Short course suitable for higher handicappers & new players. Fairways and greens in good condition, and held up well to the wet weather. Bunkers especially good quality. Tee boxes muddy and some renovation work going on on the paths. Nice clubhouse. Main negative is that the holes are crammed together closely and with the variable standard of play going on, lots of balls flying into wrong fairways which felt dangerous in places. However good value (£13 each for threeball) and we all enjoyed the day.(Round played: Feb 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 25.6)

This is a fairly straight forward course, not especially long and with generous fairways, with most of the protection coming on and around the greens. The tees and greens are decent without being great, although the fairways could certainly do with more grass.
