Greens already looking in great shape for the time of year.
Some hollow tinning has recently taken place but should make them better in a few weeks.
Clubhouse under new management from the same people who run the Cavendish Hotel for the Duke of Devonshire...look out for some tasty hospitality

Played here many years back and was not impressed at all with golf course! Coming back recently new greens have been put in and it was much improved. Unfortunately still has the private club feel about and as a green fee I felt out of place! Good deals to picked up online if you don't mind playing late on in the day!

Amazing - all round. Extremely recommended. Easily the best course I've played in this country never mind Derbyshire. Perfect greens. Nice and quick.

Excellent golf course, also considering we have had a lot of rain again the greens are in excellent condition, booked at short notice using tee times, would play here again.

Came with the LVA on Wednesday. I'm not playing at the moment due to a broken ankle. Received a buggy even though the weather was awful, excellent customer service and the 19th was stunning

Have played there several times over the years. I am a casual golfer but the greens and general condition of the course are great. I have accompanied my son, who was a County golfer, all over Derbyshire and the surrounding Counties and I have yet to find a more attractive course. There are stone walls running throughout and water comes into play on many holes. The finishing 3 holes must be some of the most challenging around. The amount of money spent on the course in recent years that I have visited, particularly on the bunkers, has to be commended. If there is a better course in Derbyshire, I have yet to see it!

The most challenging greens in Derbyshire; A very fun and well maintained course! We played this course over the weekend and were amazed by the quality and contours of the USGA Greens. The course was in good condition for the time of year and the many water hazards and mature trees make it an enjoyable round. We all had a great day, the Clubhouse had a friendly atmosphere and i would reccomend it to all.
