Played last week,booked via teeofftimes £12. Save your money, i would not play here again even if you paid me. Heavily worn and baron fairways.

Work Day Out
A group of around 40 of us took part in a golf day at Henley and overall it was an enjoyable day.The course is situated well, a nice drive up to the large clubhouse brings a very American feel to the place.
The practice facilities were good, although a little small and cramped if there had been a few more people looking to practice. Only one area to chip and putt meant things got a bit messy next to the first tee.
The course is long, especially with a strong wind which we had to deal with. I feel this was the only real challenge as the course is fairly straight forward other than that. A long par 3 is the other stand out hole that sticks in my mind.
All bunkers had been placed as GUR as there had been heavy rain the night before, a bit of an extreme measure as many of the bunkers were more than playable. The greens were in particularly poor state. They had been hollotined and didn't roll particularly well on some holes. A few of the guys had worse breaks than others.
As its been said, the course is young. In 10-15 years it could be a beauty when everything has had time to bed in.

Greens in very poor condition and being maintained whilst we were playing. 3 temporary greens in place. Very poor drainage.

Fairways not the best.
Lot of bells to ring - one fell off and nearly bust my fingers off the 11th !
Was wet and drainage may be an issue here.

A nice course
A nice golf course & in good condition.The greens had just been hollow tined, so it was hard to judge them, but they looked in good condition. Plenty of sand in the bunkers.
Most of the holes are tree lined, so accuracy is key. It did get a bit 'samey' in places, but at 12.50 on Golf Tee times, it's great value for money.
Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Have played this course over the last 2months,difficult conditions due to hot summer. Greens have improved greatly and are fast and quite hard to read, unfortunately the fairways are poor and let the course down.staff in bar are great but pro very unfriendly.

The course has suffered from the rain that's recently come down. Greens were soft underfoot and the rough retained a lot of the water. It's normally quite dry with excellent greens. It was good to have no temporary greens after the weather we've had.

Course was in good condition. The rain yesterday helped settle the ball on the greens and the course was well maintained but rather dry and patchy on the fairways most of the way round.

Course was in very good condition. Greens and fairways were excellent but the bunkers (if you can call them that) let it down. The bunkers had almost no sand in them and the sand that was in them was rock solid, and I mean rock solid.
