The course is good but unspectacular. It is in excellent condition and the greens are very very tricky so credit to the greenkeepers and staff.
However the facilities are something else. great changing rooms, great food, they go out of their way to make it a great experience from beginning to end.

OK. This is a 27 hole course, our four ball only played 18 (Willow and Firs). All four of us are bogey golfers and it is fair to say the course was very challenging. The fairways are well cut yet grass is dense. The rough similarly whilst not high, is again dense. The greens very undulating and pacey. None of us played to our handicap. The longish par fours especially if uphill are a true challenge for a bogey. Great fun.

Very well maintained course with great greens. A solid track but nothing spectacular - it's not overly challenging or long but interesting enough. However, everything else about the place is amazing. Great food, great facilities (practice, changing rooms etc.) and great staff.

Great Day
Had a fabulous day at the Hartsbourne Golf and Country Cub. Nice breakfast in the restaurant to start. The staff were very helpful and everyone was very friendly. The course was amazing and wonderfully maintained.. The greens superb. The views were beautiful. Great day all round.Reviewer Rating

A club that continues to improve it's facilities. Latest innovation is the ability to track groups on the course to assist pace of play.
Course was in excellent condition for a March round.

Delightful Day
March 2019 : Society visit with a meal afterwards. Golf course was in excellent condition and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Clubhouse facilities again superb, the only comment I would make re-finding your way round the course is on some locations an indication of signage to find the next tea box would be useful.Reviewer Rating

Makes you want to return
