What The Club Says
Hartsbourne Country Club is one of the most prestigious private members clubs in the south east of England.
The club is situated in Bushey Heath, on the county borders of Hertfordshire and Middlesex and has 27 individually challenging holes set in over 180 acres of beautifully manicured and mature parkland. It is easy to appreciate why Hartsbourne Country Club is considered one of the hidden gems of private members golf.

Hidden gem - Hartsbourne

First time playing 18 at Hartsbourne Golf Club!
Really enjoyed playing Hartsbourne’s main course — it’s a great test without feeling overly punishing. The fairways and greens were in good condition given the time of year, and the layout makes you think about club selection rather than just hitting driver everywhere. There’s a nice mix of challenging and scorable holes, which kept it interesting. Definitely a course I’d happily come back to.Reviewer Rating

Huge potential but much refurbishment for now
Despite an unexceptional round, I still enjoyed the course. And that despite plenty of temporary tees on mats the size of a telephone box, plenty of roped off areas with some serious overhaul & works going on. And the greens had been aerated on top of that. The bar was closed when we got back around 4pm & the pro shop was being refurbished. There’s some serious work going on so no wonder we had the course to ourselves. BUT once done I can’t wait to get back there & give it a proper go.Reviewer Rating

Lovely
A very pretty gently undulating course. Some long par 3's and par 4's. Beware of the ditches across the fairways on at least 3 holes. Greens are often two tiered but in good condition and medium paced. I would play it again in a heartbeat. All the members that I had contact with were friendly and the staff excellent.Reviewer Rating

Great Day
Had a fabulous day at the Hartsbourne Golf and Country Cub. Nice breakfast in the restaurant to start. The staff were very helpful and everyone was very friendly. The course was amazing and wonderfully maintained.. The greens superb. The views were beautiful. Great day all round.Reviewer Rating
