Great Location... Poor course
The course is nicely positioned near Hampton Court, however, that's where the positives end. Fairways were bare and in poor condition, probably the worst I've played this year. Considering the amount of rain and sunshine we have had this year, better care could have been taken of the fairways. The greens had been spiked and therefore were not playing true and had areas of bare patches on them.Reviewer Rating

Unfortunately the course was in terrible condition, the fairways are almost completely lacking any grass!

Not a nice course. Sign posts bad, rough is ridiculous. Fairways not looked after and just not a nice place to play.

Good course

Shame about the bunkers
Nice enough course. Just need to keep it straight. As soon as you are off the fairway , the lumps and bumps, though quite small, make it difficult to track. Greens quite spongy, in fact the day b4 4 greens were temps. Would play again if in the area as par 4's are reasonably long for the average golfer. Oh and then there are the bunkers....more like traps for the deer to enjoy themselves in. Very lumpy and bumpy. Go together with the fairways.Reviewer Rating

Great course
The greens were in absolutely beautiful condition, however the fairways were dry, hard and not great at all.Navigating around the course is slightly difficult as there are no markers on the tee boxes and the layout has changed since my last visit.
I still enjoyed the course though and will definitely visit again

Beautiful place to play golf, like most places the fairways were baked and the rough thin (thankfully) but the greens were near perfect... fast and true. The tee boxes were also great given the prolonged summer without rain. It played quite short due to the summer but this will be a test of accuracy when it’s back to regular conditions. Well worth a visit.

Course is in great condition. Just stay out of the rough..........grass is very high at the moment. Very warm welcome, great practice facilities, lovely breakfast. Will be back soon.

Hadn't played here for ages. Course in good nick with a significant amount of rough on all holes. If you go offline, hit a provisional as it's unlikely you'll find your ball if more than a foot or so in. Otherwise, all good and worth playing.
