The course is rubbish no features bunkers poor fairways poor greens poor . This is for beginners not for a proper game won't be coming back for sure

Friendly staff made this an enjoyable day out. Greens and fairways generally well maintained but the bunkers were not in great shape, lacking depth of sand in many cases. On some tees finding a flat stance was a problem. Course very forgiving and mainly featureless and requires money to be spent to make it a good course. All that said it is good value for money, friendly staff and members, and I will play it again. Excellent food in the clubhouse too.

Enjoyable but pretty straightforward course no need for a driver here. I found the greens a bit hard didn't hold a ball that well. Could be made better with a bit of care and attention. Was made welcome and the place was empty at 3pm on Sunday which was a bonus.

Nice enough course, greens very good!
Layout felt a bit cramped in on back 9, front 9 far more interesting!
Sone slow pace of play though for a relatively short course. Overall good value for money on a Sunday afternoon.

Not bad, good condition.
I work locally and tried out the course to see if it worked out as a good after work round. I would say if you are just playing the first 9 then yes but don’t bother for 18 as members cut in on the 10th. Apart from the 2hr 15min back 9 it was a fairly good round, and good value. I enjoyed the course layout and it was generally in good condition. On this occasion I didn’t feel the welcome at the club by members and staff particularly friendly.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 79 Handicap: 7.9)

Quite a nice course overall. The fairways and greens are well kept, but some information on the tees would be helpful. On the downside some of the holes are a bit samey.

Had a good day as weather was superb on the 26th September 2015, found the course to be quite tough and a good test. However the course was just too busy with a wait of up to 5 minutes to play ever shot. Consequently around a 6 hour round!
Some of the stroke indexes, particularly on the back 9 seem to be poorly allocated, with long par 3 & 4's of 190yds and 402yds respectively amongst the higher index holes. Staff friendly and helpful and despite the waiting around I still enjoyed the course and the day.
