Improving with age
Getting to become a very good course, now the trees are maturing the back nine doesn't feel so up and down, the greens are in excellent condition , the clubhouse is very friendly and do great food.Reviewer Rating

Very enjoyable round
really enjoyed playing this course. I have played here whilst visiting the area for work, If it was closer I would play it more often. Very friendly in the Pro shop. Club house looked nice but did not have time to visit it. I will make sure I do next time.P.S. The greens were in great condition and the bunkers (that I visited :-) ) were well maintained.

Not bad, good condition.
I work locally and tried out the course to see if it worked out as a good after work round. I would say if you are just playing the first 9 then yes but don’t bother for 18 as members cut in on the 10th. Apart from the 2hr 15min back 9 it was a fairly good round, and good value. I enjoyed the course layout and it was generally in good condition. On this occasion I didn’t feel the welcome at the club by members and staff particularly friendly.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 79 Handicap: 7.9)

Incredible and truly consistent Greens, this course is growing in stature and feeling every year, The Team there have done an amazing job to freshen up the first impressions, Pro Shop and Front End standards plus Top Tracer Range. A delightful Traditional Parkland Course that’s always outstanding value with a warm and friendly welcome from knowledgeable local members/staff. Well done HHGC

Nice enough course, greens very good!
Layout felt a bit cramped in on back 9, front 9 far more interesting!
Sone slow pace of play though for a relatively short course. Overall good value for money on a Sunday afternoon.
