For a "municipal" or public course the greens were in excellent condition and the course plays well and good value for money especially when compared to more expensive courses in the areas whose greens are often much worse

Although this is a municipal course and not very long it provides a good challenge for the mid to high handicap golfer. Greens are particularly good for a course of this type. Green fees are reasonable with even weekend rounds only costing £20.

Played Saturday behind a comp, slow, really slow. fairways not in bad nick, quite a bit off Gur, to be expected. Greens were really bobbly and did not run true.

Great value for money. Only issues were the amount of rubbish in bushes etc, and people joining the course without paying.
Fairways and greens were very well maintained and lots of wildlife.

Nice little course, great driving range (probably the best I know). Greens can be a bit patchy but easily playable. Nice pro shop. Lacks a clubhouse, but there is a pub right next door, so no drama.

This course is in bad condition but ok for a cheap round of golf. I used to play round here when I 1st started playing. I will never come back it is just in bad condition.
