I played alone but with my other half ‘caddying’ for me. I was also first out on the course and with a 3 ball behind me was able to play at my own pace. I found the course to be very well looked after and the greens in excellent condition. Some of the signage between green and tee could be better.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 103 Handicap: 19.6)

Reviewed Jul 11 2019 by Robert B - rated 4 out of 5 The course was in very good condition although a few of the fairways were more like a first cut of light rough. Bunkers and greens were excellent. The variety of challenge presented by the 18 holes is superb. There are three holes on the back nine that require a carry of 160+ yards from the yellow tees with no bail out areas so be aware of that. I just placed my ball infant of the carry rather than risk losing it. Watery graves beckon if you are not straight but by not straight I mean 20 yards off line. Its not the easiest of courses but it is a joy to play. There isn't a pro shop so take an adequate supply of everything.

A great course of which you cannot just smash your way around.This is a thinkings mans course and you must be good with your irons
Only down side is the lack of a proper Pro shop

We ( 6 ladies) were up at the Irish open in portstewart and wanted to play golf one day. We chose Gracehill because of reviews and were not disappointed. This is a very good course with some challenging holes. All six of us enjoyed it.The bonus was that it is inexpensive and the day we went lunch was included and it was exceptional - they obviously have a very good chef.
Well worth playing this course even if lunch is not included!!

If you like thinking about your shots rather than just bombing them you will enjoy a round here. Fairways were in perfect condition and although the greens didn't look at their best they ran fast and true. Lots of different challenges and a very pretty course in places.

However if you want a real challenge where good shots are rewarded this your course. Some imaginative holes, the first 'crows nest' is a real highlight.
