Good for short hitters, limited facilities though
A good little course, comprised of only par 3s and 4s, with no hole over 400 yards off the yellows. Green fees are very reasonable for both 9 and 18 holes. Don't expect much by the way of facilities though, there?s a basic little cafe style set up at the end of the pro shop but it is not manned all the time. Food and drinks are again reasonably priced. Course itself was in average condition when I played it, with slow greens. Overall you get what you pay for and for the price you can't complain.Reviewer Rating

Good beginner course
Played the back nine at this course. A good layout and a good challenge for a beginner golfer. It's enjoyableReviewer Rating

Furzeley Golf Course
Nice course and very pretty, particularly back nine. Fairways not too wide and although a lot of Par 3 holes still provides a challenge (at least for the average golfer). Course is in a fairly good state although some of the greens are sparse in places.Reviewer Rating

Interesting little course, facilities lacking.
Furzeley is an interesting course, with two different loops of 9 making the 18 holes. It's very short with 10 par 3s and 8 par 4s, but still a fun course to play and testing in parts. It is however let down by the complete lack of facilities on offer, when I played there was nowhere to sit after the round and the only refreshments available were what was in the fridge at the shop. Drinking a beer out of a bottle stood outside the front door with nothing to eat put a slight downer on what was otherwise a good days golf. I would recommend the course but not the club.Reviewer Rating
