Amazing Course

A course I've played for many years (on and off). It's a good course to play if you haven't played for a while. I think of it as in between a pitch and putt, and a "proper" course - being only 4200ish yards off the yellows. We found the whole course to be well maintained with a few more challenging holes on the back 9 - my favourite two are holes 14 (Par 4 with the green is protected by water) and 15 (a par 3 hole 15 which has a raised tee).

I like this course. Nice part of the country and easy to get to, off the motorway. Greens are well kept.

This was the worst condition I have seen this course in a long long time
Greens look like that they have been left, and not cut or looked after in the right way
temporary green (which we were not told about until we got there, via a hand written sign)

A good value for money pay & play. I play 2 or 3 times a year & always enjoy the course. Can get a little boggy, but not as bad as many in the area. Back 9 far better than the front.

Very tidy course, plays well and friendly.
Can get busy on the first tee as popular with locals. Favourite is the back 9, open course with good greens. Sometimes slow though with sand as drainage not fantastic however good value for money.

Lovely course - some good and tough short holes, plenty of water as well. Good and challenging par four holes also. Good facilities, highly recommended.
