Great value for money
I would recommend that the Tee box for the 10th hole is moved as for medium to long handicappers the drive is too difficult (and blind) and led to a considerable log jam while groups were trying to find their shots had gone to.Reviewer Rating

Golf weekend
Chose this as it was only an hour and a half drive away. Glad we did the course was in great condition and the weather could not have been better. Hotel a bit dated but the staff were excellent. Recommended.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 98 Handicap: 21.6)

Curate's Egg
Very enjoyable, but you need to know your way around, as the layout can be confusing. In one or two places you have to cross other fairways to get to the next tee. We all felt the 10th hole was a bit of an unfair challenge off the tee, especially for seniors. One ball was lost, one nearly cleared the trees but was held up enough to drop into the ditch, and one went left, and was the only one that scored on that hole.Reviewer Rating

Tidy, worth a visit
Really nice course in great shape, would recommend if you’ve not played before. Shame about some minor vandalism on a few greens but recovering nicely. Second visit in last two weeks.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 86 Handicap: 18.2)

Lovely course in the forest of dean
Played here when golf clubs started to reopen from Covid as this was one of the first in the area to allow non-members. The course was in good condition and was a nice challenge in a lovely location. Enjoyed the round and would definitely play againReviewer Rating
