Nice stunning location and here's an open parkland course with stunning views. The greens need sorting as badly affected by disease and will not allow for smooth and true and fair putting. Putts will deviate from the true line and be bumpy and slow. The course needs some serious tidying up and shaping I'm afraid. Nice food and good place a large trip to stay inexpensively. Staff are friendly helpful and some nice pubs down the town.

Poor course and facilities. Not very well maintained course and employees didn't seem to be able to cater for golfers outside the pro shop.

Course appeared to be massively overbooked. When our tee-time arrived there were 20 people waiting to tee off on the first. Having been then told by the pro to slip in on the 10th. we suffered massive abuse from a group of seniors and had little choice but to return to the 1st. Teeing off 40 minutes late it then took 4 hours 30 mins to get round. It's such a shame because this is a nice course with good facilities.

Worth a visit

Parland course that has some challenging holes, a couple of odd ball layouts but overall a good quality golfing challenge in a pleasant environment

Great value for money

I would recommend that the Tee box for the 10th hole is moved as for medium to long handicappers the drive is too difficult (and blind) and led to a considerable log jam while groups were trying to find their shots had gone to.

A deceptively challenging course but in dry conditions the ball will follow the contours and can leave you in the rougher fairway edges which although cut back still leave some awkward shots to handle and many of the bunkers are well placed

Very pleasant - not tricky, but not too easy either

Nicely laid out course with some good holes of interest. Gentle rough, nothing too tight but with smallish, well tended greens.
