Very good. Greens were in excellent condition. Fairways ok given the extremely hot recent weather.

Good value course to play

Happily the course was set up for a PGA event taking place the next day so some challenging pin positions were in play particularly on the back 9. Big thanks for the pro shop for advising this as the preferred second 9 as both red and yellow were an option. Green also nice and fast too

Didn’t play the course in the best of circumstances. It had been raining almost constantly for days and days. Also when I played my round I had rain on the first 9. Unsurprisingly some parts of the course were a bid muddy and slippery. The greens however were in excellent condition. Despite the poor weather conditions and season.
The clubhouse is great and I got a very friendly reception. I had breakfast and after my round lunch in the clubhouse. Very nice, nothing to complain about.

All in all I think this course is a gem. Definitely a course I’ll play again.

Great Course & facilities

Great course, 3 great 9 holes. Yellow 9 easy, Red 9 ok, Blue 9 tough!
Can be difficult if the wind is up which it usually is.

Perfect for a Society Day

We just had a 27 hole Society Day at Farleigh Golf Course and cannot recommend it enough. The whole set up is welcoming and professional. Our group of 18 were looked after throughout the day, fed well and the course was in fantastic condition. All 3 9 hole courses have challenges but are playable enough for all levels of the game.The greens are extremely fast but fair.

We will definitely be returning to Farleigh next year. Great day and great value for money. Check it out if you haven't already.

Good as always

Playing on society day and we were well looked after over the day. Have played here many times before and course in decent condition as usual. Played the 'green' course (blue and yellow 9's). Both are interesting and give you cause to think as you go round. Greens were very good. Always look forward to playing here.

Farleigh is a great course when the wind is down. Has 3 9 holes which are equally as good in my opinion so it doesn't matter which ones you play. In spring the rough is cut down so makes it a lot easier. When they let the long grass grow expect some lost balls!

Farleigh Golf Club is a newly refurbished club offering a smart clubhouse, practice facilities and a well maintained course. Considering I played in January, the course was in excellent condition, offering a solid test to all golfers. Cost £23 and well worth the money.
