Played again at Eyemouth and once again I was not disappointed. The course played well and was in terrific condition. Got the usual warm welcome from the pro and catering staff. The food for the day was of a very high standard as was the service. A course I would highly recommend and will be playing again

Had a tremendous day at Eyemouth was made to feel really welcome by both the Pro and bar/catering staff. The course was in excellent condition and as this was my first time at this course I couldn't find a single fault. The club house was really nice with a good view of the course, the food we received was of an excellent standard. Overall a really good day out worth every penny, will definitely recommend it to friends and will definitely play again.

This is a small local golf club with a fantastic golf course with reasonable prices. We were staying a Marshall Meadows Country Inn a few miles away and the owner got me a 35 lbs rate. Conditions are only reasonable, not great: they don\'t have the money here to afford to manicure the links and greens. But, the views are incredible, the layout is superb, the people are friendly, and it is an altogether excellent experience.

I played 36 holes mid Feb 2015 to get away from the cold and rain in Glasgow. Eyemouth has 365 days of golf and loved the fact there are no matts and full greens. The course was in excellent condition, the greens were amazing, firm, very smooth and very fast. There are many memorable holes - 3, 6, 7, 10 being my favs - and big hitters will like the fact you can get the driver out a lot with a few Tiger lines to tempt you. You need a variety of shots in your bag - and keeping it low under the wind is essential.

There is a video of one of my rounds here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuZL6SqE

A must play for links lovers. The sixth, 170 yards, par three over the North Sea is the signature hole. The greens ar ewickedly fast, true and beautifully contoured. Straight driving is a must, as a visit to the rough will mean par score is hard to come by. Loved the red markers on the seventh, the hazard is water but 150ft down a cliff!! Be warned, take plenty of balls!

Eyemouth

Eyemouth is an outstanding cliff-side course with some lovely holes, of which the standout is probably the par 3 6th. It's only 131 yards from the yellows, but you have to go over the North Sea for 100 of them.

There are a couple of climbs (11th and 15th), but mostly the course is fairly easy walking. The fairways are super wide, and the biggest defence to a good score are the undulating greens and the weather.

I played here after a day of very heavy rain and the course remained very playable. I can't think of a single reason why you wouldn't want to play here.

spectacular coastal views

We played in mid April on a sunny, windy day. The course plays like any other traditional links course; you need to manage your shots according to the wind strength and direction, and course is set up delightfully to set a challenge for all levels of golfer!
The course was in good condition, already drying out at this early pat of the season, both the fairways and greens relatively quick in speed, the greenkeepers presenting the course in beautiful order. The course was also very busy, but once we had allowed a pair behind us to play through, we had no one in front or behind, so it was more enjoyable.
The signature hole is a par three over a cove, we had the "privilege" of using the medal tees - at 170 yards straight into the wind - thank you!!!
A very enjoyable experience if you can adjust to the speed of the greens and play according to the weather conditions. Highly recommended for the spectacular views along the coastline from the top of the course.
