West
I played the West today after enjoying the East course yesterday. I preferred the West and can see why it's the Members course. Both courses are similar in length and style but the West is more of a test, narrower, more trees, holes are bit more interesting and you feel it's just a slightly better course. Good drives are required on certain holes in order to keep your ball.Reviewer Rating

Both courses in excellent nick. Greens good. Hotel also excellent with decent service and comparatively quiet. Nice room with good view. Always enjoy playing here.

Always a pleasure playing ESN GC, went out as 2 ball around 3:30 and had the course to ourselves until the last few holes. Sand in bunkers a little inconsistent but greens and fairways ok. very enjoyable

Haven't played at this venue in many years but it was great to reacquaint myself with the course and the location the greens and course in general was still showing signs of the early season maintenance work that was carried out after the winter months

Nice layout
I guess at this time of year on a resort course you cant expect perfection, but some of the greens were a bit bare which was a shame.Caddy team are very good and will look after you and your clubs.

Love the course
All day rain yesterday but you would not have known it. The greens are recovering nicely from being tined and sanded 3 weeks ago and were soft but not too soft. A few squelchy bits but not too bad. Playing well(Round played: Mar 2022 - Score: 95 Handicap: 15.4)
