Good Society Venue
Played the course with village golf society, staff welcoming for coffee and generous bacon roll. Good practice facilities with driving range. Course designed by Peter Allis around 1990 very open links style but with previous field hedges. Very fast greens, quite a few holes feel similar but some definite challenges for golfers of all abilities.Reviewer Rating

Course in brilliant condition
This course is in fantastic condition and greens are very true for this time of year. Recommend a round here if you are looking in this area, and not expensive, just £20.(Round played: Feb 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 22.2)

Visited the club on a "Dumpling Day" promotion. A warm welcome from Heather & Vanessa on arrival followed by a Bacon roll / Coffee / nip of Brandy / 18 holes / Beef stew and Dumplings - excellent value for £29.95pp. The course was in excellent condition after the recent bad weather, greens quick and fairways dry. In the area - make a visit, you won't be disappointed.

In good condition
My home course but despite recent heavy rains the course played well with a few squelchy areas and couple spongy greens. Probably still course in best playing condition in the area at this time of year.(Round played: Feb 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 19.8)

My home club
As Dummer is my home club i'm being as honest as I can with the review. Last week the greens were closed for maintenance so todays round was on hollow tined greens which had a top dressing. although this did affect putting they were running well which is not like some I've played on recently. The rest of the course I looking good.(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 96 Handicap: 19.8)
