Flat course. Ok conditions for time of year. Some challenging holes but perfect for a novice.

This is a nice flat course, however it is not as easy at it first looks. A lot of work has been completed over the last few years on drainage and the course is now reaping the benefits.

As A Visitor
Very enjoyable hidden gem, very few hilly parts, a good test of golf, long and short play, have come back a few times now and it's as interesting as it was on my first visit a few years ago, very reasonably priced and staff were very welcoming and the food was too our liking each time, definitely recommend this course, for a relaxing game of golf or a works outing, playing over 2 rounds, when fit enough, I shall return.

dumbartons sweet gem
decent wide fairways but if your not straight can lead to trouble with trees and wild rough awaiting those poor tee shots all in all a worthy challenge for a par 70 also with the course at sea level the boys have done a grand job with the drainage and the greens are in superb condition
