What the club says: This is a beautiful golf course with breathtaking views of the Scottish landscape. The course offers a challenge to all golfers as there are many bunkers and some shorter holes which require concentration to get a good score.

an absolute hidden gem!!! a true test of golf for such a short course!! what it lacks in distance it makes up for by the incredible scenery and condition.! Comparing the cost to surrounding courses its incredible value for money, Never been at a more friendly course from members giving you advive and tips on the course to the warm welcome in the clubhouse, we need to help keep these we clubs going, not to be misssedReviewer Rating

played recently with an outing, incredible test of golf, not very long but some testing holes, course in great condition, small tricky greens in fantastic nic! highly recommended, fantastic value for money

Booked to play with bunkered voucher , booked the deal on the voucher with buggies and breakfast and dinner. Turned up at 10.15 to book in and get breakfast before our 11.30 tee time only to be told the chef doesn't start until 11.30 so no breakfast . Onto the course the buggies lasted three holes as they were not charged . The three holes we played were poor condition the greens in particular were bumpy and pot marked. We did get our money back for the buggies with a voucher for a free round of golf with free buggies . We will not be using it . Very disappointing one course to avoid I'm afraid .

Didn't play on a good day,course suffered badly from the heavy rain the previous night. Would have been good to be told about the local rule to lift your ball off of the fairway and play from the second cut bit late when you've played your best shot straight down the middle. Advise before accepting any bookings please. If ever played again it would need to be a really nice dry day.

we played on very wet course. had to lift ball of the fairway and place it in second cut to play next shot all the time. the total opposite to how the game should be played......

Challenging course. Very hilly with some tough holes and quite testing for a novice. Some fantastic views and real signature holes.

Course is in poor condition, compared to others in the area which are far superior to it.
The club open day the condition of the course left a lot to be desired, greens in a poor state with a lot of debris on them and many unkept areas on the course.

Nice course and still a test of your golf skills even although it is very short in length. We usually play it early in the year for a very reasonable green fee price although any time we visited the pro shop has only been opened once and we had to pay the green fee to the clubhouse manager.

This course has very undulating fairways and on some can give you a very poor result to a good drive so it is very much a plotters course and so good course management is vital. Greens are in very good condition and quite fast. But I must have being doing something right today as as I shot 89 with a handicap of 28 for a nett 61!!

Course very soft underfoot but nothing that can be done about weather, however for first time visitors its impossible to find your way round the course. No decent markers for tees or directions from greens to next tees. Some nice holes especially on back nine but wouldn't like to pay full amount for average course.
