Quirks and views
This is the second time I have played this course at Disley. I found the course layout a little confusing at times, with some fairways crossing and teeing off across greens. That said the course is a delight to play and was in tip top condition when we played. There are some short and rather difficult holes and other interesting holes that called for a little thought or you were in trouble. The views around the course are outstanding, with views over Manchester and surrounding moorland hills.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course in superb condition. Greens were some of the best I have played on. Very quick but true. Excellent facilities and well worth the green fee on a Friday. will definitely be playing here again in the future.

Great course
A lovely course set on the edge of the Peak District close to Stockport. A mixture of parkland and rather quirky holes that can be quite challenging. It can be confusing for the first time player as several holes seem to cross each other close to the tee boxes. First time I have played a blind par 3. Superb
The course is in excellent condition, the fairways are in fantastic condition with plenty of grass but not too much, greens had been dressed but still good.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 16.9)

Stunning Views
Great views, Hilly course so quite a walk, however you are rewarded with some of the best greens in Cheshire, lightning quick but unbelievably true, a pleasure to putt on!(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 11.2)

Course was in great condition for the time of year
They had heavy rain the day before and the drainage was very good

Fantastic course
A fantastic course with numerous challenges on each hole depending on weather conditions, and how you want to play individual shots, given the rolling fairways. Definitely one to return to time after time.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 81 Handicap: 16.5)
