Generally poor
Played for the second time so was prepared for the featureless repetitive holes. Wasn't prepared for how awfully kept the course was, worst I've ever played on.Finished after 12 and tried to salavage the day with a pint in the nice clubhouse. Pint was OK but bar staff were awful. Took a my card and disappeared behind the bar rather than bring the machine to me and then got a load of attitude because I asked for a receipt!
There are so many great courses on the doorstep I can't think of a single reason to go to Didsbury. If the course were well maintained it would just about be average, but it's not.

Dreadful course with only one or two holes that stand out. The course is split by the m60 motorway and that's all you can hear across the course. Buy some ear plugs for this track. Very boring layout and the holes you play after crossing the motorway bridge completely lack any imagination or structure it's a couple of tees a field and acouple of greens. I must say the clubhouse and staff are very friendly the food was tasty and good value. I can't see a return anytime soon. Ian E...

Played the course just after some heavy rainfall 2 days ago, course did not hold up at all. Fairways in terrible condition and looked more like a water logged field. Temporary greens also in a shocking state made putts of any distance impossible to make. Disappointing overall, I will wait until the summer before playing again.

Nice course for beginners
My first round for 9 years, and a good course to play as it's flat and relatively open with few troublesome hazards.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 114 Handicap: )

Not great
Although the course layout itself was not to bad the fact that they were on 9 winter greens and all winter tees but failed to tell us before kid round is shocking. It is common courtesy to tell people that have booked to play that the course is going to be playing short and I'm bad condition(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 70 Handicap: +0.2)

Course not kept well. Greens bobbly. 3 holes closed - one because the older members couldn't reach the par 3 green in 1! Never heard anything like it!

Good Average Good
Course is a bit let down when you cross over the bridge..Then there’s criss cross holes which I personally don’t enjoy..
In good condition, well kept, greens slow, but could be a competition coming up so understandable..
All staff very friendly & welcoming ????

My club
Course is getting better as the weeks go by, it has been so wet of late that the ground is so sodden. Course is drying and is improving all the time, greens a little wooly but are due a cut tomorrow before the weekend comp. Lots of husbandry around the course and a couple of bunkers removed and greens made smaller.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 84 Handicap: 19.6)

I played this in a corporate event.
OK but the approach to the course is a bit weird.
There is a fair bit of crossing over of fairways also, especially in the area off the main course. A bit tight and claustrophobic. Generally a nice parkland course though.
