What a course to play. This is a must. excellent fairways, greens. plenty of hazards to catch you out you always need to think about what shot to play. Hope to play the lakes coures very soon. Had great day well worth the 50 mile round trip

Enjoyed the course, greens had a lovely roll considering recent weather and altogether very good course, par fives very getable and pretty forgiving course.

Woodside - personally the better of the two course, more variety and the views from the top of the hill are unsurpassed. All 5 par 5's are reachable in two with a decent tee shot but hazards are ready to penalise if you are too short. Greens are fantastic, probably the best I have seen them since joining a year ago and are very tricky to read. Considering the hot weather the greens are very receptive even from long irons, again, credit to the greens staff who have done a fantastic job on the course. The woodside is regarded as the easier of the two courses but this is subjective, I think it's tighter and has more character than its sister, but each to their own!

This has to be one of the most difficult courses i have played to date
I found the course to be in very good condition with the greens exceptional this lead to some exciting putting and some strange lines being taken
the course facilities are second to non with very helpfull staff
all in all a very pleasant expieriance
