Very good and fair test.
Good variations off the different tee boxes.
Returning to play new 9s on a previously played course, these two loops are an excellent addition.
Good demarcation between fairways and rough, bunkers consistent and greens very few deviations and consistent in pace throughout.

The course was incredibly wet and waterlogged. Greens were ok and they gave us a £5 discount for the conditions. Not sure we were really aware of quite how wet it was though!

Fantastic day out at cumberwell park.
All our needs were met and catered for.
The course was in superb condition and would definitely recommend.

Awesome. Would love to play it again. Played red and yellow courses and both were in superb condition. Greens were good pace but not quick. Played mud afternoon and course was a lot quieter than it appeared early on. The new Par 3 course was looking good too and could be a great addition.

Very good condition and value, rented a buggy which was great fun and reasonably priced.
