Had an overnight stay with two rounds of golf at this venue. Hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of some love and attention. Food and drink were all of a good standard. Price was very competitive. Golf course was fine, but all of the bunkers are due an overhaul, and so had been left unattended for what must be weeks. They were all full of grass and/or water and were not playable.

Having played here many times in the past the course was in the best condition I have seen it for many years. That said the bunkers still need attention.

One of the few GCs not ripping off after Corona
Good value twilight at £15 - one of the few not exploiting post covidbunkers need a bit of de-weeding and some greens a little bobbly
