another cracking winter course.great course but not keen on the owners,lots of five balls round here and 5 hr rounds

Very nice course and good drainage means the course is playable in most weather conditions.

nice course greens are fine rough is very severe needs trimming its not a chmpionship course,all in all very nice track

Played on 15th Feb in a society. Course was in really good condition considering the amount of snow we have had. There was no snow to be seen but the greens were understandably a bit damp. Staff was really freindly although the starter was a bit grumpy! A course that is ideal fro winter golf

As a begginer this isn't really the ideal course. Deceptive fairways lure you into a false sense of security and before you know it, balls have been eaten by the gruesome fringe rough.
It was very busy too, which on one hand makes you know its a good course, but on the other hand pressured my playing partner into making mistakes because he was rushing.
I'm not a cash carrier, and this place does NOT accept anything but cash or cheques..so be aware before you visit because the closest cash point isn't "just round the corner"
I had a good day here, but won't go again untill i'm much improved.

Nice course, only drawbacks were condition of tee boxes and pace of play. Other than that a course I would play again

Excellent welcome in the pro shop and club house complemented with great food.we played in late March and everywhere was bone dry fairways tees and greens were ok for the time of year and we will definitely be visiting again.and good luck to the new management team.Reviewer Rating

Course in very good condition for time of year, buggies on, greens very true.

Great layout/views. Fairly flat with often many trees surrounding the fairways. Course was in very good condition for Mid April

Course drains so well , greens were quite tricky, very busy as not many courses open in the area with all the rain. Limited availability of buggies and Wednesday is competition day for seniors (4 balls) so your round is slow. But the weather was fine and the bar remains open until you leave.

Very dry in Summer but because of the soil (clay) it is playable all year round
