Greens in excellent condition and fairways only suffering a lack of water. Ecellent Friday afternoon with course very quiet.

You will need to either pay top dollar at a prestigious course or play a Links track to find better greens at this time of year.

I hadn't played the course in a long time and the 15th, 16th and 17th continue to mature well.

We played as a 2 ball on a sunny day when the course was in very good condition and got round in 3 hrs. Whilst the holes using the hill contours are interesting the rest of the course was straightforward / very similar and with no rough to speak of not too challenging. The real defence the course has are the small contoured greens which in many cases are elevated and hard to hold. Pro shop and bar staff were very welcoming. Would play again but hopefully putt a little better next time.
