Have played this course 3 or 4 times at different times of the year. While it isn't the hardest course around, it is very well established considering how long it has been open. The greens are excellent, firm and true and there are some interesting tricky holes. Great value at the price.

Played 4 rounds there in may nice lay out greens fast and trickery would like to more effort on tees like more seats and litter bins ,fences distance markers

Played this course on the afternoon of Friday 10th October 2008. Was given a really friendly welcome. Great value for money as they take the 2Fore1 vouchers making it cheaper than playing on a municipal course at just £10 each. The course was in really good condition and a pleasure to play with some really interesting holes. the 18th being a real corker!. Course facilities were very good. The pro shop was well stocked also. I will definitely be going back.

South Yorks good'en

Friendly staff in pro shop
Fairways and Greens were in very good condition
Lovely and quite course surroundings apart from the animals which just add to the nice feeling around the course.

Delightful Parkland Course

Played end of August and the course was in excellent condition. The greens were true and quick and the fairways wide enough... for the most part! The whole course was well maintained. I found it had the right balance of challenge, but still offering hope to an 18 H/C player. Par 4s that were reachable with a drive and a mid-short iron and 3s that didn't require a wood off the tee. The pro was very welcoming and the clubhouse had a decent range of refreshments available and polite bar staff. All in all a very enjoyable outing.

golf break at cave castle hotel for 9 of us for 2 nights with golf thrown in
course is well looked after with few challenges of ponds across fairways,
large trees in fairways with small openings through! course pleasantly challenging
Hotel rooms and food very good throughout stay
