Course was in great condition, a few slow players infringement turned our 2 ball 18 holes into a 4 hour round. I understand this cannot really be helped. Greens and fairways in excellent condition. Would never have guessed it was a council run course.

Not a bad course and kept in decent condition. It's not too challenging both in terms of shot dangers and length. Good course for beginners

The Course is currently (Jun- Aug)undergoing work on 2nd & 8th temporary holes in operation as well as many other improvements paths new bunkers drainage which will turn this course from very good to excellent. Nice restaurant and bar open to all Very friendly staff beautiful views

Really nice course and good value for money. Very impressed by how well maintained the course was. Some very good holes and a bit of water around the course to spice things up. A good challenge although not the longest.
Only minor complaint is I am not sure what is going on with the second hole, very long walk to the tee and a net pretty much in your face. If you play with a draw...like me this is quite distracting and hampers you shot - just a bit weird - maybe someone can explain whats going on here?

not a bad course. Short but a few interesting holes. enjoyable round and the course has improved since I last played it. two par 5's also make the course more interesting. A few more fairway bunkers around the 230-250 mark would make the wide fairways a bit more interesting.

Further update to my original post, two new par 5s will be opened this month, well they are expected to be opened for Captains day later this month, waiting on nets to arrive to protect tee boxes in line of fire lol As for the greens, they are still a little inconsistent but a lot of work is being carried out on them to ensure better quality, new machine was bought to cut greens, but a greenkeeper had an accident on it and its currently out of action.

Play course for the first time in a good while on Sunday, apart from as stated above about the signage for first tee, we had a very good day, course looked well. Pity about no par fives. Facilities are excellent, overall a good price for a good days golf
