A well kept course with some interesting holes. In particular the 17th is a lot of fun. The service in the bar was slower than slow

Ryder Cup Sunday, so course very empty, allowed to play through a number of slow/inexperienced players and managed to go round in 2.5 hours. Course in very good condition, green speeds were inconsistent not sure why because they looked in good condition. Grey small leaves on front nine made finding the balls difficult on a four or so holes. Pleasant staff in pro shop and also in bar once they were located.

Good fast greens with some interesting holes. Friendly staff and a nice lunch.

Great course and the new greens and features just help. For a short and flat course it is now very interesting and quite tight.

After a lazy winter this was my first round of the year and what a lovely course to start with. There is a variety of challenges and some gentle holes to get your swing back in.
The 13th is one that sets you with fear but a good iron and your fine (although my partner lost six balls in the water here).
The club house is austere but the facilities and staff are excellent.
