Sadly, this 100 year old golf course, bequeathed by it's previous owner for parishioners to participate in sport forever, has been closed by the council. Their getaround is that they have leased half of the course to Tottenham Hotspur, (it's adjacent to their training facility), and the other half is now wilding. Just what's need in the middle of the green belt, (irony). They've also recently closed down 20 tennis courts. Such a shame these were where so many schoolboys and starters learnt the game. Whitewebbs was also an excellent course with good variety.Reviewer Rating

Muddy Whitewebbs
Played today 06/12/20 and was probably the worse condition I've ever seen it. Muddy and boggy on every fairway. Even the tee boxes were bad aswell. Greens ok for the time of year but would swerve this till the summer months. Wouldnt recommend atm.(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 89 Handicap: 21.2)

Getting browner!
Great round of golf. Always a surprise here, it's never the same. One day, the greens are fast, the next, they're back to normal. Today however, they were great and we played to our handicaps (and over). Great course and lots of fun..!Reviewer Rating

Strange course layout and location
Not much to recommend here sadly. visited early in the year which may be reason for exceptionally muddy conditions and fairways holding water, greens were average, though ran true. mix of holes though of some good to very poor design, some so bad that you would think hadn't been cut for some time with poor signage around course too.The clubhouse and grounds held a practice green and very small kiosk, not much going for it at all, wouldn't return.

Challenging short-ish course close to M25
Despite it being a wet and windy March weekend the course was very playable. One green had some standing water but otherwise no temporary tees and greens were good for putting. Only one par 5 but quite a few long Par 4s requiring 200 yard plus straight drives which, whatever the conditions, is a good challenge for us 20+ handicappers. Plenty of trees but not too much thick rough, we lost 1 ball between us. Definitely good enough for us to return.Reviewer Rating

Whitewebbs Park GC - A little gem in North London
First time playing Whitewebbs Park and I have to say for a public, municipal, council run golf course this is well worth a visit. OK the course was pretty wet in places, but after he snow and rain recently, the course isn't too bad. Short in length from the white tees, about 5800 yards, but thats not to say its easy with a stiff par 68 with 5 x par 3's and only 1 x par 5. Some driveable par 4's in the summer, but others that will take 2 very good hits to reach. The best holes in my opinion are 11, 12 and 13, a testing trio of holes, two long par 4's and a 210 yard par 3. The 8th and the 16th are also a good test and 16th deserving of stroke index 1. Good signage between holes and at each tee with a hole layout, which made it easy to find our way around the course. The practice facilities are adequate. A couple of nets to hit balls on, a small chipping area and a small putting green. The clubhouse is in desperate need of some financial backing to make it a place for golfers to want to stay after their round and have a beer, coffee, food and a chat. All thats available at present is a coffee machine and some beer bottles and chocolate in a fridge in the pro-shop. The pro shop itself though, has a decent amount of golf items available including shoes, shirts, balls, etc All in all, Whitewebbs is worth a visit and at !15 for a winter midweek round is great value.Reviewer Rating
