Played on a friday afternoon, great weather and course in good condition. not too busy which was nice. have played before so layout was familiar, but if you haven't played here before there's plenty of blind shots, so be careful. Also, there's a number of crossovers where you need to walk in front of tees and greens. I always seem to play well at brookdale, maybe it's the lovely scenery which inspires! (Round played 11 July 2014, score 74 hcp 5.5)

My first time on this course, what a lovely day out we had on a lovely course. The scenery was fantastic, the course was in brilliant condition, Top marks to the ground staff, the club professional very nice to speak to and very accommodating, can't wait to play it again soon.

STUNNING........
Played here on the weekend im an 18 capper ..i truly enjoyed the test and also the peaceful beautiful scenery .... ive tried a lot of courses in manchester this to me tops them all

Very nice club all round one of the best in manchester.The course offers any golfer of any handicap a good and testing round of golf. Nice club house and staff to.A must try for any one.

What a loverly course tucked away in a huge woodland area almost within driving range of the city center(for the beg hitters.) The course is very well looked after and the greens are as fast and as true as I have played anywhere.
The staff and especially the pro are very helpfull and the club house staff make you feel like you have been a member for years.
I cant wait for my next visit.

course in great condition you would think you were in the middle of the country not yards from many built up areas and the motorway a tricky little track
