Once the work is complete this will be a decent course - until then - 1st is terrible - some of the greens are knackered, 9th is a 427 yard par 5 - really easy and the amount of people they let on means your in for a long day.
Fairways are well kept and there are some very good holes - 5th is a tough par 3, and the 7th is a really good par 4.

failry cheap and cheerful but for £10 on a weekday, what can you expect. Greens not great, fairways ok and the holes themselves are a reasonable test.

Much improved over the last 8 years, but it's a typical municipal course that seems to be the least priority on the councils funding list. Fairplay to the green keepers and management they've done a good job, but lack of funding is quite obvious in some places.

Not a well maintained Municipal, local children allowed to enter course due to lack of security....possibility of ball being taken during your Round.

Greens need cutting
Greens and the rough need cutting and it will play a lot better quite tough to get out the rough and putting a lot harder on the greens(Round played: May 2020 - Score: 107 Handicap: 27.7)
