Amazing 34 holes (unfortunately the 18th on both courses is a real anti-climax). Must be amazing to be a member here and have 2 great courses year round ... as a visitor however the atmosphere and appearance of this area of the bar/food section resembles nothing short of a services rest stop. The golf course however is a must play. Greens, fairways, layout are all top class - just don’t expect to mingle with the members after and discuss how your round was ... you’ll be herded into the sterile staff quarters canteen themed bar

fantastic course
I'm fortunate to have a friend who?s a member of the Berkshire. I've played a lot of courses in Berkshire and Surrey and I?d say hands down my favourite spot is the Berkshire - blue or red. We played the red in January and it was in unbelievable condition. I would also say all the staff at the Berkshire from the pro shop, course manager and bar are extremely friendly and really make your day out to the Berkshire very special.Reviewer Rating

A proud club with a super captain
The Berkshire is one of those old clubs that you really like to be part of.......this is what it’s all about. The course is in superb condition and is quite a challenge. The welcome that we got was second to none and the facilities were superb in te bar, the restaurant and the hairdresser.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 99 Handicap: 21.4)

green very quick and in great condition. We were not held up at all, and the changes to the trees adn bushes that used to line the fairways have definitely sped up play. A lovely course.

Old fashioned gem of a course
A completely wonderful venue in every sense of the word. Cracking course and very testing with tree lined fairways, deep bunkers and very receptive fast and true greens. Exceptionally well manicured and very friendly staff. Facilities are first class, a very well stocked shop and the food was excellent. Brilliant day.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18)
