I realize that clubs want to recoup some of the losses suffered in the past year, but 5h20 to play a round of golf is ridiculous. And when the group in front holding you up won't let you play through because they already had let 3 other groups through, it is not acceptable. They have to realize that they have to keep up with the group in front of them. Also, the greens were full of pitch marks because nobody seems to know that they have to repair their pitch marks. Come on Altrincham Golf Club, get your act together.????

Not long but very challenging with excellent greens
Played on Saturday evening. Sunny all day meaning the course was playing fast. Greens in superb condition. Fairways could improve but lack of rain might be to blame, you can find some tough lies if you stray off the fairway. Some real tricky holes with a Brook to encounter. ?12 for 18 holes at 6pm. Pretty parkland course
Course to suit all handicappers. Requires accuracy. Course in reasonable condition but greens need some attention. Probably due just opened following covid 19 lockdown(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 106 Handicap: 25.8)

Poor condition and slow play
Greens have not responded well to lockdown, very patchy as they must have missed spring treatment. Biggest problem at Alty is slow play, a four ball two groups ahead of us had four holes ahead of them with no onus to go quicker and when we commented they just said “we’re not very good” would rather pay more and play elsewhere.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 96 Handicap: 15)

Good Public Course. Open fairways. Unfortunately last couple of rounds have been slow play. Stuck behind a four ball who wouldn't let us play through.

Very slow play today. My drive was the same distance as the people in front of me played 3 shots. I think it is time to remind people that they should keep up with the group in front of them.

Nice course

Really nice course and great conditions
the course was in very good condition and the pace was decent for the amount of people playing. It throws a few challenges at you with bunkers and creeks so its well worth studying the map of the whole before teeing off. I would play again and recommend to golfers of varying levels.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 94 Handicap: 27.2)

Flat but ungellating Fairways
Enjoyed the day did it as a Groupon deal with a lesson first. hot 50 balls on the range. Hired a buggy good value at twenty pounds.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 86 Handicap: 15)
