very differcult lay out for the beginner, I struggled on the landscape of the course and the par 5 uphill was a killer. still I enjoyed the round

Course is nice and a good challenge, be nice if buggies were available, as its hilly, Main issue is the course is in a park, full of dogs and people, who show no care in the world while working across the fairways and greens. If it was a club course, it would be excellent

very challenging course.if its wet and windy one of the most difficult to play but great fun. needs buggys.

Very enjoyable - but hilly, course. It helped the weather was fantastic. £17 a round, great value.

Shorter than average course but situated on hills, making for a physically challenging game. Course condition reasonable though wet after recent rains. Numerous tee shots over valleys. Bunkers not well maintained. Public footpaths well used by walkers can make for some hazardous encounters.

(Round played: Oct 2015 - Score: 87 Handicap: 17) For £12 on a municipal course you carn't expect too much but some good holes especially the par 3's which are mainly over ravines so a good shot off the tee is essential. Course was a bit muddy due to the recent weather but mainly played okay, disappointing that the pro shop didn't have any drinks for sale. The last thing to mention was the amount of walkers/dog walkers that seem oblivious to the dangers of golf balls in flight.
