Not an enjoyable experience

9 hole parkland. Didn't have an enjoyable experience. Little signage driving into the grounds and also between holes. Felt unwelcomed as non-members, particularly the guy in the shed next to the first tee. Really disappointed with the way he handled himself acting as a jobsworth. The course is open and good for beginners and older people. This results in slow play. Facilities are none existent but wouldn't take much to significantly improve.

Did not actually get to play this course today so don't take any notice of the fair/poor ratings. Phoned the course to enquire about how busy they were because there was less than two hours of daylight left and the guy who answered the phone was very rude and obviously did not want my custom, so I went elsewhere and do not intend to visit this course any time soon!

Needs a lot of work, the only near 9 hole near us so a bit of a shame it is not cared for
