Up and downs
Greens well spiked, fairways well kept, only 1 area in repair on 12th near green. Leaves are a nuisance near the trees which cause balls landing near to be "lost". Some flag colours incorrect. Tees pretty good condition.Reviewer Rating

Sunny day
Chose 11.33 tee off as no one playing for 20 mins either side. Plenty of time to practice shots on course too without delaying othersAreas of rough, too rough especially under trees. Fairways excellent as were greens.

Played a charity day on 3rd August.Course was in outstanding condition, the greens were as you’d expect on a course costing triple the green fees. Very impressed.

Worth Playing
Played this coarse probably 100 times plus. Its always been a very good coarse but now its excellent. Best value for money you will play anywhere. Greens and playing conditions are excellent. This is a must play diamond.Amazing.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 74 Handicap: 11.7)

An excellent course
A great course, especially good for those still learning the game. Although there are some long holes the fairways are wide and there's no water which means you don't need to worry as much as other courses about wayward shots. Greens were in brilliant condition, as was the rest of the course. No drainage issues even though it had rained the day before, it had dried out nicely. I had 3 very bad holes but nothing to do with the course.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 111 Handicap: 28

Excellent Course, good value for a round of golf
The course is in excellent condition, we played behind a society match, but was never held up. The weather was very good so this obviously helped with all four golfers shooting below handicap scores. Enjoyed the social side of the day in the club house after the game.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.8)

Worth visiting
Pype Hayes is a municipal coarse which traditionally is excellent value and a great layout. They have built a new club house which is modern with a gym and good food. You can sit outside and view the 18th whilst having refreshments.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 73 Handicap: 13.3)
