What The Club Says
Boldmere Golf club was established in 1936 originally as a 9 hole golf course. The club boasts the oldest pro-am event in Europe, with top professionals joining the competition since it began in 1952. A recent score of 57 by M. Morris stands as the lowest round at Boldmere golf club and a 6 under par round at boldmere with all of its challenging par 3's is no mean feat. The par at boldmere is 62 with a total of 4202 yards, although only a short course consisting of 11 par 3's, 6 par 4's and 1 par 5, it is found by all who play here to be a tricky and challenging course due to the length of the long par 3's where many golfers need a wood to reach. The course is situated on the edge of Sutton Park leading to some rewarding views across the La Reserve lake.

Good 18 holer - good value too
Not the most challenging, so if you're looking for an 'easy' round and less tiring, go for Boldmere. Enough challenge to keep you going and tends to be open in most conditions. Good prices.Reviewer Rating

Good light 18 holes and nice to play
We all agree that Boldmere is a great smaller, lighter 18 holes to play for the older golfer. A fair few par 3s on here but not always easy. Flat-ish most of the way round so you don't feel 'burn-out' at the end.Reviewer Rating

Awful Greens
Greens had not been watered or tended to for weeks. The fairways were in better condition and it made putting pointless which ruins the round.Reviewer Rating

Decent in good weather
Nice in the good weather, nice and wide open, greens beed some work as very patchy and unpredictable, to many par 3's 11 out of 18 holes are par 3's and 4 are difficult as they are 200 yards plusReviewer Rating
